CLESCon 2019, a student-led conference to highlight research and inspire collaborations within the college (Biosciences, Geography, Psychology and Sport & Health Sciences) took place on the 1st November 2019. Suzan Kors presented a poster showcasing her research on peroxisome-organelle contacts. She won the "People's Favourite Poster" award for the poster "Organelle 'Hugging' - Regulation of peroxisome-ER interactions in mammalian cells". Suzan also received an honourable mention for her "Draw your PhD thesis on a post it".
